Ghost of Tsushima's Wind Chime is an item that enables you to easily distract enemies and follow up with an assassination attack.

You can point the location where the Wind Chime will drop as shown below.

This will create vibrations in the air that can enable you to sneak into their backs. You can then follow up with an assassination.
