Ghost of Tsushima's Sword Kit mechanic enables you to upgrade the appearance of Jin's Sakai Katana using cosmetic skins rewarded by Pillars of Honor.

Accessing Sword Kits

You access the Sword Kits by going through the Gears menu and then the Sakai Steel.

While viewing the Sakai Katana, you have the choice to see the Sword Kit Options.

You can then equip the cosmetic skin for your Katana from the rewards you have acquired from the Pillars of Honor you have unlocked so far.
