Diablo II: Qual-kehk
Qual-Kehk is the Barbarian clan's Master at Arms in Harrogath. He will give two quests in Act V. In the first quest, Rescue on Mount Arreat, he will reward you with guaranteed runes Ral, Ort, and Tal. Also, he will allow you to hire Barbarians as mercenaries.
These guaranteed rune rewards are useful for crafting the runeword Ancient's Pledge.
