Ghost of Tsushima: Observe Leader

Ghost of Tsushima's Observe Leader mechanic enables Jin to earn an extra Stance Point if he is able to successfully observe the leader of an enemy outpost before killing him.

Unlocking Stances

You will normally unlock Stances by defeating Mongol Leaders.

However, with the use of the Observe Leader mechanic, you can achieve this faster.

Observing Leader

You have to sneak to be able to successfully observe a leader. A gauge will start getting filled up as you do the observation.

Once the gauge is filled up, then you will get the Leader Observed notification.

Now you can kill the leader and get an extra bonus point.
